Opening Session
The PBN/TF/6 meeting will commence at 0900 hours on Wednesday, 3 February 2010 with registration of delegates available at the Registration Desk located at the entrance of the Lantau Room between 0800 and 0900 hours. 

The daily schedule for the meeting will be announced on the first day of the meeting.

Registration of Delegates
Delegates are requested to complete the Nomination Form and return it to the ICAO Asia Pacific Office Bangkok with a copy to the Civil Aviation Department, Hong Kong, China, preferably by 31 December 2009. Fax numbers are shown on the form.

Delegates are requested to register at the Registration Desk located at the entrance of the Lantau Room between 0800 and 0900 hours on 3 February 2010. For security reasons, delegates are required to wear the identification badges which will be issued to them during registration, when attending the meeting.

Submission of Working / Information Papers
To draw up the Agenda for the Meeting, States / Administrations and International Organizations are invited to kindly submit written proposals for consideration by the PBN/TF/6 Meeting.  It would be highly appreciated if any working / information paper that you wish to present is received by the ICAO Asia Pacific Office by 18 January 2010, preferably via e-mail as an attachment in word format to icao_apac@bangkok.icao.int.
