Paper-based Tendering : Tenders in paper form must be deposited in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box before 12:00 NOON (Hong Kong Time) on 10 July 2009.
Electronic Tendering : For electronic offer, the total file size (after zipped) should not exceed 12 megabytes. Tenderer should also allow sufficient time for data transmission when submitting the electronic offer. Please refer to Question 8 of the Frequently Asked Questions of the ETS User Guide for reference. For total file size exceeding 12 megabytes, paper-based tendering should be used.
