Application for Registration as Regulated Agent

To apply for registration as Regulated Agent with the Civil Aviation Department, please complete the application form which can be downloaded from the link below.

(Duly completed Part II of the application form together with the all required documents are considered a Regulated Agent Security Programme)

After completion please return the form together with all the required documents listed in the form (e.g. a copy of Business Registration Certificate) to Airport Standards Division, Civil Aviation Department either:

i. by mail to Room 6T067 Passenger Terminal Building, Terminal 1, Hong Kong International Airport,
ii. by fax to no. 2362 4257, or
iii. by e-mail to apsd_sec@cad.gov.hk.
