Please take note that the Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 (Cap. 448 sub. leg. C) (the Order) had been amended by the Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 (Amendment) Order 2008 (L.N. 77 of 2008). The amendments came into effect on 1 January 2009.

Despite the amendment, the official title of the Order remains to be “Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995”.
