To show our care for the environment by reducing paper consumption, we have newly introduced the electronic billing (e-billing) service under the electronic General Demand Note (e-GDN) System.

By a single login to your e-GDN Account through the internet, you can manage your bills with us anytime and anywhere. The following services will be available:

notice of the issue of demand note will be sent to you via e-mail and/or SMS;

your demand notes and related attachments will be delivered to your e-GDN Account in Portable Document Format (PDF); and

records of any outstanding demand notes and settlement history of demand notes will be available in your e-GDN Account. You may also save them for future reference.
