Electronic Billing Service for General Demand Note

e-GDN System

To show our care for the environment by reducing paper consumption, you are cordially invited to join our newly introduced electronic billing (e-billing) service under the electronic General Demand Note (e-GDN) System.

By a single login to your e-GDN Account through the internet, using your registered email address and password, you can manage your bills with us anytime anywhere. The following electronic services will be available:

> notification of demand note with summary information will be sent to you via email and/or SMS;

> your demand notes and related attachments will be delivered to your e-GDN Account in Portable Document Format (PDF). You may also save them for future reference; and

> records of any outstanding demand notes and settlement history of demand notes will be available in your e-GDN Account.

If you wish to enjoy the benefit of the above services and to contribute to protecting the environment, please enrol in the service by completing and returning the Registration Form which could be downloaded from http://gdns.try.gov.hk to us at the following address:
