  • For participants who are bringing in their notebook computers to the conference, they may also bring along the necessary wireless LAN accessories and software for their notebook computers as wireless Internet access would be made available for use by delegates at the conference venue as well as at the Internet room. Discussion Papers and Information Papers will be distributed and also be accessible via the conference web-site.
  • Participants are encouraged to inform the Organizing Committee of their updated itineraries to facilitate reception at the airport and transfer to city centre. Reception counters would be set up after passing the customs counter at the airport.
  • Participants are advised to indicate their selection for organization visit in the afternoon of 3 Nov 2004, if they have not done so, to facilitate processing of different visitor permits within airport restricted areas.
  • Participants are also advised to indicate if they are joining the Macao Tour on 6 Nov 2004, if they have not done so, to facilitate logistic arrangements.
  • Discussion papers and Information Papers submitted by administrations have been uploaded to this website.
  • Please note that the assemble time of the welcome cocktail has been advanced to 16:30 at the Conrad Hong Kong.
