  • Participants are advised to notify us their flight schedules, in case they have not done so in the registration form, in order to facilitate their arrival at the airport.
  • Participants arriving on 30 or 31 October will be met at the airport and will be able to enjoy the efficiency of the Airport Express Railway free of charge (please come to our greeting booth after passing customs counter).
  • Discussion / Information Papers will be uploaded to this website once they are approved by ICAO. The password to assess these papers have been notified in our previous letter dated 7 May 2004.
  • Administrations are strongly encouraged to submit their papers AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if they have not done so, such that papers could be read by other participants before the Conference. This would also help to relieve the pressure of heavy printing requirements immediately prior to the Conference.
