facilitate planning of the Conference, invitees are encouraged
to fax in their application forms as soon as possible.
Please note that accommodations provisionally reserved
at conference hotels for delegates will be released soon
after the registration deadline. The chances are accommodation
at the hotel of your first choice may be subject to availability
at the time and accommodation in other districts may be
identified. This would mean more time will be spent for
daily travel to Conference venue at own expense.
